the victim said the attack was spurred by a verbal altercation. the incident was not made public. a letter was sent home to parents. that kind of behavior is not acceptable. police have arrested clayton battle with first and second degree murder. they say he shot and killed kelly fisher. she later died. fisher mayor been targeted. the trial of a man accused in the murder of a dundalk bar owner is set to begin. martin was shot multiple times as he left the bar he worked. they think -- investigators nevered martin's wife enlisted him to kill her brother. >> washington starts with the
